UK DELIVERY

All UK orders cost £7.99 delivery. Your products will be sent out first class signed for via Royal Mail on the next working day of the online shop which is open Tuesday to Friday. This will take 1-3 days to arrive

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We now offer world wide delivery with a standard £19.99 delivery charge.
Orders placed after 10am on Fridays will not be posted out till the following Tuesday.

BLINK LASHY RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase we have a 14 day return policy. We are happy to offer you a refund on condition that the item returned is unused and in its original condition. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty/the order was wrong.

Returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we would recommend sending via recorded delivery in the event that the parcel may become lost in transit. The cost of the returned parcel is also down to the customer.

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange lashes/creams/glues returned in non-saleable condition.

Please allow for a 7 day period for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return via PayPal we will inform you by email. This can take 3-5 days to appear in your bank.

In the case of a faulty item please email us at info@blinklashy.co.uk

. Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.

BLINK LASHY RETURN POLICY

We understand when purchasing our lashes it may be difficult to choose the correct product without seeing them in person.

We will be happy to offer a refund for the price of the product if returned
– with the invoice and return slip that came with the parcel
– within 14 days of the purchase
– unused, with no trace of being worn

We do not offer an exchange service. If you find you have ordered the wrong product simply send the unwanted product back to us to receive a refund then replace your order. Refunds can take 2-5 days to go back into your bank/Paypal account.
